Maintenance built around your  yard

Not every yard needs the same level of care. That’s why we offer four maintenance package options:

• Basic – Consistent upkeep for smaller or lower-demand yards.

  Weed control only.

• Standard – Our most common option, balancing routine care with preventative attention.

  Weed control, trim vegetation, and check irrigation systems.

• Premium – Ideal if your property includes grass that requires mowing and lawn-specific attention.

Each package can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or fully customized, so your yard gets the right level of care without overpaying or overcomplicating things.

What’s Included in Our Maintenance Packages

Weed Control
Weed control is essential for keeping your lawn and landscape healthy and looking its best, helping manage weeds before they take over beds, turf, and walkways. We are licensed through Arizona’s Pest Management Division.

Trimming Vegetation
Regular trimming of trees, bushes, and shrubs supports plant health, maintains clean shapes, and prevents overgrowth from becoming a safety concern. Thoughtful pruning also encourages proper growth and keeps your yard looking neat all year round.

Irrigation System Checks
Routine irrigation checks help ensure your plants are getting the right amount of water while preventing leaks and water waste. Catching small issues early protects your landscape, controls costs, and avoids unnecessary stress on your system. 

Lawn Care
Consistent mowing promotes thicker, healthier grass by encouraging even growth. Regular lawn care also helps reduce weed pressure—and, let’s be honest, it significantly lowers the chances of your neighbors quietly judging your yard.

Optional add-ons that make a big difference

Pre-emergent weed control
To help reduce weeds long-term, pre-emergent applications can be added to your maintenance plan. Pre-emergent is a weed suppressant, not a weed killer. It creates a bond with the top inch of soil, helping prevent seeds from germinating. When applied twice a year, it can stop up to 80% of common weeds in our area and remains effective for about six months.

Fertilization
We also offer fertilization twice per year, helping support healthier growth, stronger roots, and better overall plant appearance. This pairs especially well with ongoing maintenance and pre-emergent for long-term results.
