What to expect when you hire us...

Over the past years we have been working on getting some projects done in and around our home. We hired a great guy and company to do some work. However, we soon found out that there were some things that really don't work well for us.

We understand the frustration people have when they hire a company to do something and they don't meet expectations, don't communicate, or don't deliver on what they promised.  This is why we are continually striving to improve our quality of work and our communication within our team and with each client. We want the experience of hiring a landscaping company to be stress-free and enjoyable. 

This is why we do what we do. 

Here are a few things you can expect from us:

• We will communicate with you!
  • We answer phone calls, voice mails, texts, and emails regularly throughout the day. 
  • If we don't have an answer or need clarification, we will get that information and contact you back. 
  • If you have decided to use our company for a job, we will communicate with you on the scheduled date, give you a reminder and a timeframe the day before the work is to begin, and a follow up on the work that we did. 
  • If you use our maintenance services, we will touch base with you throughout the year and we are always here when you need us!
  • If we have a delay or problem and it affects your scheduled job, we will let you know as soon as we can. 
  • We will have everything in writing on our proposal so that we both know what is expected to be done. 
• You can trust us to do great work!
  • We have the best team that work hard every day! They do great work and want to make sure that you are happy!
  • If you aren't happy with our work - call us and we'll make it right (and in a timely manner)!
• You know where to find us!
  • If you don't see our trucks all around town, you can find us at our location in Huachuca City. We are open 8AM - 3PM Monday - Friday. And we aren't planning on going anywhere.
